On October 16-17, EXTRANS GLOBAL held a meeting with the Alibaba.com Busan Team. This meaningful session aimed to enhance the two companies’ cooperation framework and explore practical collaboration approaches to boost global sellers’ logistics competitiveness.

Key discussion topics included:

Drawing on its accumulated experience in international special shipping, sea, and air logistics operations, EXTRANS GLOBAL shared on-site-focused expertise and real cases to support platform sellers in operating stable global businesses. In-depth discussions were also held on localized logistics strategies to revitalize export logistics for Busan-based sellers.

Additionally, a face-to-face logistics consulting meeting was held with Alibaba.com seller ‘HeartSave’ at this meeting. Based on HeartSave’s product characteristics and overseas market entry strategy, customized solutions for end-to-end logistics—including international delivery and customs clearance—were proposed, jointly exploring practical business support directions. This direct engagement with on-the-ground needs helped concretize the form of realistic logistics partnerships required by sellers.

Logistics consulting was also carried out via a call meeting with seller ‘Sinangchon Sanghoe’. During the consultation, specific advice was exchanged on packaging standards, transportation temperature management, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping methods to consider for food product exports. Tailored logistics operation strategies were presented, continuing practical support even in a non-face-to-face environment. This strengthened diverse seller communication channels beyond offline meetings.

The meeting and logistics consulting sessions proceeded in a vibrant and open atmosphere. Both companies agreed to promote the upgrading of logistics services, the expansion of global special shipping logistics solutions for fresh food, and the activation of overseas market entry for Busan-based sellers through regular exchanges in the future.
