๐Ÿ”น Shenzhen's Comprehensive Reform Pilot Upgraded Again
Recently, the General Offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening the Comprehensive Reform Pilot in Shenzhen to Further Promote Reform, Innovation, and Opening-Up. The opinions introduce a new batch of reform measures, implement innovative trials, and deepen opening-up initiatives, aiming to advance reform and opening-up at a higher starting point, level, and goal. Notably, they support Shenzhen in deepening reforms on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flight management, expanding the delegation of approval authority for international express logistics (agency) operations, and enhancing supporting systems for international navigation vessels, bringing significant benefits to logistics-related fields like low-altitude economy and international express.

Guangzhou, China

๐Ÿ”น Guangzhou Selected as National Key Cold Chain Logistics Base
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the list of the new round of National Key Cold Chain Logistics Bases, with Guangzhou Eastern Railway-Maritime Intermodal Hub as the core carrier helping Guangzhou secure a spot. As a key cold chain logistics node in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the hub leverages railway, road, maritime, and air transport advantages to build an international cold chain trade gateway. It has currently built 1.003 million cubic meters of cold storage, with a planned total capacity of 1.84 million cubic meters upon completion, and has opened multiple cold chain train routes covering Southeast Asia, Europe, and other regions.

 Shanghai, China

๐Ÿ”น Shanghai's Hazardous Materials Thermostatic Logistics Draws Attention
According to news on June 12, as a major economic and logistics hub in China, Shanghai's hazardous materials thermostatic logistics system has gradually matured. Compared with ordinary hazardous materials logistics, thermostatic logistics offers stronger safety but higher costs. Compared with other thermostatic logistics fields, hazardous materials logistics has stricter safety management requirements. Shanghai boasts multiple modern logistics parks and dedicated hazardous materials warehouses, equipped with advanced temperature control facilities and safety protection measures, holding advantages in infrastructure construction and technological integration.

 Tianjin, China

๐Ÿ”น Tianjin-Chengdu Auto Parts Express Train Marks First Anniversary
According to media reports on June 9, since the inaugural departure of the auto parts express train from Tianjin Container Terminal to Chengdu Chengxiang Station on June 8 last year, the train has operated smoothly for one year. With three regular trips per week, it has become an important link connecting the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Chengdu-Chongqing area. Over the year, it has transported 7,308 TEUs in total, increasing transportation revenue by ¥24.49 million and saving enterprises approximately ¥3 million in logistics costs.

 Qingdao, China

๐Ÿ”น Qingdao Port Adds New International Cargo Route
On June 13, Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport launched the "Qingdao-Tashkent-Ostrava" international cargo route. The first flight carried 46 tons of auto parts, electronic products, and other goods, transiting through Uzbekistan to the Czech Republic and other European countries, filling the gap in regular cargo routes from Qingdao to Central Europe. The route will gradually shift to regular operations, further enhancing Qingdao's international cargo capacity as a regional aviation hub.

 Vietnam

๐Ÿ”น New Terminal at Hai Phong Port Commences Operation
On June 13, the Hai Phong HIT International Container Terminal (HHIT), the largest deep-water port in northern Vietnam, was officially put into operation. Co-developed by Vietnam's Hateco Group and APM Terminals under Maersk, the terminal increases annual throughput to 7.1 million TEUs and can handle ultra-large vessels of 18,000 TEU. HHIT has been integrated into the "Gemini Cooperation" route network of Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd, expected to shorten the shipping cycle from northern Vietnam to Europe from 35 days to within 28 days. The terminal is equipped with five super-large quay cranes to enhance regional logistics efficiency.

 South Korea

๐Ÿ”น South Korea Adds New International Routes to Ordos, China
On June 11 and 12, Incheon and Daegu in South Korea respectively launched direct flights to Ordos, China, operated by China United Airlines with B737 aircraft, reducing flight time to 2 hours and 30 minutes. These routes not only promote China-South Korea tourism exchanges but also provide more efficient air cargo channels for electronic products, textiles, and other goods. Ordos Airport plans to add more international routes to Busan and other cities in the future to strengthen its regional logistics hub function.

 America

๐Ÿ”น Sino-U.S. Container Shipping Market Fares Fluctuate Sharply
According to Sino-U.S. container trade data released on June 9, the spot freight rate for the Shanghai-Los Angeles route has exceeded $4,500/FEU, a 21% increase from mid-May. This surge is mainly driven by tariff policy expectations (e.g., steel and aluminum tariffs rising to 50%) and advance ๅค‡่ดง (advance inventory) by cargo owners. Carriers like Maersk and COSCO Shipping have restored capacity on U.S.-bound routes through the strategy of "replacing large vessels with small ones," with an estimated 7 additional weekly flights by late June, gradually eliminating blank sailings. However, the market has ๅˆ†ๅŒ– (split): high-value goods (such as electronics) prioritize air freight (3–5 days delivery), while textiles, home furnishings, and other categories shift to transshipment via Mexico to enjoy zero tariffs under the USMCA agreement.

 Bangladesh

๐Ÿ”น U.S. Upland Cotton Exports to Bangladesh Surge
According to a June 12 report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. upland cotton exports to Bangladesh reached 6,379 tons from May 30 to June 5, 2025, a 19% increase from the four-week average. This growth reflects the strong raw material demand of Bangladesh as the world's second-largest garment exporter and demonstrates the continuous deepening of China-Bangladesh textile supply chain cooperation. Notably, after U.S. cotton arrives at Chittagong Port by sea, it is typically distributed to textile industrial zones via the Dhaka-Chittagong Expressway and Karnaphuli Tunnel, with a logistics timeline of about 7–10 days.

 Myanmar

๐Ÿ”นChina-Myanmar Cold Chain Logistics Cooperation Makes Breakthrough
On June 13, Guangxi Supply Chain Service Group and a Myanmar agricultural cooperation company signed an agreement to launch the "Nanning-Yangon" cold chain dedicated line. Using temperature-controlled containers, the line supports "door-to-door" transportation of fresh agricultural products (such as Myanmar fresh chili peppers and tropical fruits) from Yangon Port to Nanning Wuxu Airport, with full-process cold chain monitoring and delivery time shortened to 48 hours. The first batch of 3.6 tons of Myanmar fresh chili peppers cleared customs at Nanning Airport on June 10, marking the first large-scale entry of Myanmar's fresh agricultural products into the Chinese market via air transport. Additionally, Guangxi enterprises are constructing a 20,000-ton cold chain warehouse in Yangon, scheduled to cover 80% of Myanmar's fruit and vegetable export logistics needs upon completion in 2026.
